Paintings rental
Sandro Bastioli's paintings rental service lets companies, professional firms and private clients bring an original oil painting on canvas into their spaces, on flexible terms from 3 to 12 months. You get a strong visual presence, complete peace of mind and real tax benefits.
All Risks insurance included
Every painting is covered by a specialist "nail-to-nail" policy included in the rental fee. The cover is complete: it protects the work during transport, during installation and for the entire time it hangs on your wall.
100% tax deductible
For VAT-registered companies and professionals, the rental fee is an entertainment and representation expense that is fully deductible in the same year, with no depreciation schedule required.
Option to buy
Living with a work every day is the best way to get to know it. If you decide to buy it, 50% of the rental fees you have paid is deducted from the final price of the painting.
Flexibility and rotation
At the end of the agreed term, you are free to renew the contract, return the work or swap it for another painting from the collection to refresh the room.
Monthly rates
Rates depend on the size of the painting and the length of the term. Longer contracts come with better terms.
| Term | Medium format | Large format | Terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 months (minimum) | €100 / month | €400 / month | Base rate |
| 6 months | €75 / month | €300 / month | 25% discount |
| 12 months | €50 / month | €200 / month | 50% discount |
Delivery and installation
The paintings travel in dedicated technical crates and are hung with security fixings. The round-trip logistics service depends on the total value of the contract:
- Contracts up to €1,500: Transport and installation are quoted per kilometre, starting from Spoleto.
- Contracts from €1,501 to €3,500: Delivery and hanging are free in Umbria and the neighbouring provinces (Rome, Viterbo, Rieti, Ancona, Macerata). A 50% discount applies to all other routes within Italy.
- Contracts over €3,500: Specialist transport and wall installation are free throughout Italy.
