The Artwork

Winter Forms.

Nature unveils itself through the architectural complexity of its forms. A cabbage with ruffled leaves and artichokes rest upon a light surface, in a composition that exalts spontaneous geometries and cold winter light. The delicacy of the pastel blurs the contours, enveloping the subjects in a suspended and silent atmosphere.

The subdued hues, dominated by whites, greens, and purplish reflections, create a whispered dialogue between the elements. There is no artifice, only the purity of vegetal matter which, explored up close, reveals a monumental structural elegance, inviting the contemplation of natural architectures.

The artist's voice

"There exists a secret geometry in the humblest of things. To observe the folds of a leaf up close is to discover the invisible architecture of nature."
