The Artwork

Crystal Symphony.

The encounter between light and matter becomes a virtuosity of dazzling reflections. Finely carved crystal goblets coexist with bunches of pale grapes upon a surface warmed by golden tones. The pastel examines the complex geometry of the glass, capturing the blue of the surrounding environment and the colored shadows cast by the grapes.

The transparency of the crystal challenges the juicy opacity of the fruit, creating a luminous vibration that pervades the entire scene. In this dialogue of pure formal elegance, the work imposes itself through its extraordinary lightness, capable of transmitting a sense of absolute harmony and order.

The artist's voice

"Crystal is the only material that allows itself to be traversed by the world without offering resistance. Its true color is the light itself."
